Everglades Eco Safaris:

100% cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled within 48 hours prior to tour departure, or "no-shows". Cancellations must be advised by Email or Telephone during businsess hours of 9am and 5pm.

Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Cape Trib Horse Rides:

48 hours for full rerfund

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Cape Trib Connections:

48 Hours-30 days 25% of fare within 48 Hours 100% of fare

River City Cruises:

24 Hour Notice

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
